This website is operated by Aurelie Joos. Questions about this privacy notice can be sent through the contact form on this site.

What I collect: when you fill in the contact form, I process your name, your email address, the name of your brand or company, your budget selection and the content of your message.

What I use it for: solely to answer your enquiry and to set up a possible collaboration. Your data is not used for newsletters or advertising, and is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Legal basis: the processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).

How long I keep it: as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry, and at most twelve months after our last contact. If your enquiry leads to a collaboration, I keep the data for as long as legal obligations require.

Who else has access: the site is hosted by Vercel and emails are sent through Resend. Both act as processors and only process your data on my instructions.

Cookies: this site uses no cookies and no tracking. Visitor statistics run through Vercel Analytics, anonymous and cookie-free.

Your rights: you can request, correct or delete your data by sending a message through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
